Waterton is located within the settlement boundary of Ellon as defined by the Aberdeenshire Local Development Plan 2023.  The site is zoned as CC1 for 10,000 sqm of retail and leisure uses.  A planning application will be promoted for these uses in early course leaving circa 30 acres available for alternative uses with residential use being the preferred option.

Offers are invited on the basis of an Option Agreement. Consideration may be given to a sale and overage agreement.
