Our team is led by Marianne Evans BA(Hons) MSc MRTPI.  Marianne is a Chartered Town Planner and has over 25 years experience of providing planning advice on a range of projects.  She can tackle any size of project and has secured planning permission for many projects ranging from individual houses to new communities of 3000 homes.  She has also secured planning permissions for retailing, leisure uses, education uses as well as offices and industrial units.  Working for a major housebuilder for over 19 years, Marianne understands how important good, honest planning advice is.  She will be open and honest with a site's development prospects.   She also understands development viability and will work to maximise the value your assets.

In addition, to planning advice, Marianne has almost two decades of experience of securing option agreements, servitude rights and purchasing land.  She can help market your land to developers and help you enter into option/sale agreements and monitor the work being carried out.  She can also negotiate and secure land agreements for a variety of uses including energy and infrastructure projects.
